Shipping, returns & exchanges

Shipping

Packages ship within 1-3 business days from the date we receive the order.They will arrive 5-7 bussiness days later.
Orders over $250 ship free in Worldwide Orders under $250 will be charged a flat rate of $19,99.

Returns & Exchanges

Please report damages to us as soon as possible. Although our works is packed carefully, accidents can happen.
We'd highly recommend you to take a video of unpacking while courier and take the statement down, since I can only provide refunds for items which gets during the delivery so if needed, your video may be used as a proof to the shipping damage. (especially if the box is damaged)
Please keep the broken product and packing materials.
We will unfortunately not be able to provide refunds for the items which don't have an "unpacking video".
• In the case of order is damaged buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition

Refund Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
